My parked car was crunched on Christmas Eve morning. Discount Towing was so helpful in explaining how the whole towing/insurance thing worked. Then they had someone out within ten minutes of my call. After Woody cleared the glass out of the street, he went the extra mile and cleared it out of my lawn, too, because I have little kids. Pam made calls to the insurance company when I wasn't able to get ahold of them.
They were kind and helpful - five stars or more!
